Only a few use tokens, and you're only charged when you actually run them. Every plan comes with a starting token allowance so you can try everything out.

How tokens work
A token is a simple credit — one token costs $1.
Most AI features are free — they're included with your plan and never use tokens.
Only three features use tokens — the Personal Assistant, Robonurse, and AI-generated plans.
You only pay for what you use — tokens are only spent when you run one of those three features.

Adding more tokens
Tokens are $1 each and can be purchased in packs of 1,000. Packs are one-time top-ups that add to your existing balance.
