Encounter Templates
Student Meeting: where you will document time with specific student(s).
Faculty Consult: allows you to document communication with faculty of the students that you provide support. This can include other Learning Specialists or teachers, administrators, etc.
Guardian Consult: allows you to document communication with parents or guardians of students that you provide support.
Provider Consult: allows you to document communication with outside providers for the students you interact with.
Observation: where you will document time spent observing a student, group, or section.
Conflict Mediation: allows you to document mediation for students; this template is a Quick Note with the added fields of Safety Issue, Counseling Issue and Intervention.
