Updating the "Active" Enrollment Packet

This article walks through how to update your active enrollment packet.

Only one enrollment packet can be marked as active in August schools. This "active" designation will do the following:

  1. Prevent duplicate packets being created for students

  2. Display the correct packet on the Enrollment >> Review page

  3. Update the consent badges on student cards

When you are ready to send the enrollment packet for the upcoming school year, you need to update the packet marked as "active" for the Enrollment >> Review page. This article explains how to do this.

Updating Enrollment Review

  1. Within August Schools, click on the Enrollment page.

  2. Click on Configure.

  3. Toggle off your previous enrollment packet for the "In review" and "Active" settings.
    ​

  4. Click on the "Designate new enrollment packet button."

  5. Choose the enrollment packet for the upcoming school year and check the box for "Active."

  6. Click Save. Your next enrollment packet is now active!

What happens to our previous enrollment packet(s)?

Previously used packets can be found under Enrollment >> Historical.
