Why can't I click submit?

Guidance on how to validate the form so that it can be submitted.

You can only submit the form once all required fields have been completed. Please review the displayed section for any missing required information as designated by an "*."

The most common items are within the Allergies, Conditions, or Medications sections. In these sections, there would have been an initial entry listed as "New Allergy," "New Condition," or "New Medication." If you still see an entry listed as "New...", click on it to verify it is blank. Then, return to the listing and click the small trash can icon next to the entry to remove.

Medication section:

For example, in the Medications section, you would look for an entry like the screenshot below.

Allergies and/or Conditions section:

The medications dropdown selection list is created by medications entered on the Medications section.

You will see this dropdown option. If nothing is listed here, navigate back to the medications page and enter the medication your student takes for their allergy or condition. It will then become available for selection from the dropdown.
