Allergies and Conditions
August can pull allergies and conditions recorded in Blackbaud through the API. When initiating the August Schools and Blackbaud connection, the user permissions required in Blackbaud are: Nurse + Sky API Data Sync Role. Once the sync has been initiated by a user with the correct permissions, the allergies and conditions will be pulled into August.

Treatment Notes
To export past visit notes from Blackbaud use the following steps:
From Nurse Office click on "Manage medical lists"
Select "Build a new list"
Select "Medical Visit Work list"
Click "Columns"
Add student ID and any other columns you want to export (outcome, assessment, interventions, notes)
Export to CSV.
