Faculty Portal Roles and Visibility

The Faculty Portal is a view of the August Schools Portal specialized for the needs of faculty members: teachers, coaches, nurses, and general faculty. These users, when accessing student data on a daily basis or under special circumstances, need only a limited view into student data, which is best handled via the Portal.

What are the Faculty Roles?

  • Teacher

  • Coach

  • Nurse

  • Faculty (General, uncategorized by the above)
