Adding a Condition

Adding student conditions are a vital piece of the student card that allows you and your team to filter, export, and review conditions when giving care.

For best viewing quality, maximize the video into a full screen.

Adding Conditions

  1. Navigate to the Student card of the student you'd like to add the condition.

  2. Click on the "+ Add conditions" button in the upper right.

  3. The "Add new conditions" modal will appear with the student's name populated.

  4. Type or scroll within the Conditions field to select your condition

  5. Enter related information as a Note within the Notes field.


    Notes entered with a condition are visible when you hover over the condition on the Student card.

  6. Click the blue "Add conditions" button to submit.
