As student plans expire, they should be marked as "Archived" in August Schools. Archived plans are still accessible on the student card, but are no longer active. There are two options to archive plans:
From the Student Card

Search and open the desired student card
Select the "Action Plans" tab
Select the Plan to archive (if there are multiple on file)
Click the "Archive Plan" button
The plan has been archived!

Find the student using the filter funnel
Open the row to view the plans on file.
Select the Plan to archive (if there are multiple on file)
Click the "Archive Plan" button
The plan has been archived!
