Student emergency information can be accessed in three ways, depending on how the export was configured.
Using an Access Code:
If the export was configured to be accessed via an access code, you can use the access code present on the generated PDF. The access code can be entered by typing the URL at the bottom of the export in its entirety in your web browser.
The link consists of your August Schools instance plus '/e'. Navigating directly to this URL allows you to enter the access code as well under the 'Access code entry' section. Your previously accessed exports will also be available there.
By doing either of the above, you will ultimately be brought to the dedicated page for the export.
Using the QR code:
If the export was configured to be accessed via a QR code, there will be a QR code at the bottom right corner of the generate PDF that can be scanned to access the student emergency information.
By scanning the QR code, you will ultimately be brought to the dedicated page for the export.
