Managing Medication Inventory

Maintaining an accurate inventory of student medications will allow you to easily see low or out-of-stock medications to contact the necessary parents/guardians to replenish.



Managing Medication Inventory

  1. Select the "Medications" tab on the left.

  2. Click on the Inventory once it appears.

  3. Scroll down to the Student medications list.

  4. Click on the filter funnel to search for the student name, to access your student.

  5. Select the medication you wish to enter your inventory.

  6. Click on the Manage inventory button.

  7. Enter the total quantity on hand.

  8. Optional: Select the corresponding OTC medication consent for this medication from the Requires OTC consent field

  9. Optional: Select the clinic location where the medication is stored in the Location field

  10. Optional: enter a note (ex. "Medication provided by 'guardian'") in the Note field

  11. Click "Confirm" to save the Medication inventory
