Checking Medication Inventory and Administrations

This article guides parents to check medication inventory and administrations in the portal.

Using the August Schools portal, you can track your student's medication inventory and administration history.

  1. Log into the August Schools portal. You can log in via:

    1. The link in the school's parent portal

  2. Select the Medications tile
    ​

  3. Here you will find two tabs: Inventory and Administrations
    ​

    1. Inventory: This will show you the current medication inventory count for each medication on file.
      ​

    2. Administrations: This will show you all scheduled, administered, and skipped medications for your student for the last week.

      1. Scheduled: The medication is scheduled to be administered but has not yet been actioned on by the school's clinic staff.

      2. Administered: The medication was marked as administered to the student by the school's clinic staff.

      3. Skipped: The medication was marked as not administered to the student by the school's clinic staff.
