Enrollment review of "Pending" students

Pending students occur when a parent accesses their health portal and chooses to click on the "Open new enrollment" button instead of the Health Registration link pre-populated on the page.

These registration present to the nurse as greyed-out names with "pending" displayed next to them as shown in this sample below.

Please follow the steps as outlined below to resolve the Pending registration to an existing student.

  1. Click on the down caret to the right of the name

  2. A dropdown list of students will be displayed or click on the greyed-out name and type to search for the student name

      1. Click on the correct name to select

    2. Type-to-search option

      1. Click on the correct name to select

  3. Scroll through the list until you locate the student whose you wish to equate this pending registration to

  4. for this example, selected Rory Miller

    1. a pop-up will display asking you to confirm if this temporary student is associated with this SIS student

    2. Click the "Yes" button to confirm or "Cancel" to start your search again.

    3. Once you have clicked "Yes" the name will update and you will be able to review as the SIS student you have selected
