Pending students occur when a parent accesses their health portal and chooses to click on the "Open new enrollment" button instead of the Health Registration link pre-populated on the page.
These registration present to the nurse as greyed-out names with "pending" displayed next to them as shown in this sample below.
Please follow the steps as outlined below to resolve the Pending registration to an existing student.
Click on the down caret to the right of the name
A dropdown list of students will be displayed or click on the greyed-out name and type to search for the student name
Scroll through the list until you locate the student whose you wish to equate this pending registration to
