The August Schools Student Health Summary PDF is a one-pager with all of the necessary health information for the student. This is great for field trips, coaches, and more! These PDFs can be exported for students individually or in bulk by section; this article will walk through how to do each.
Exporting an Individual Student Health Summary
Search for the desired student
Open the student's card
Click the "Export PDF" button
The export will begin processing.
Exporting Student Health Summaries for a Section
Click on Students >> Sections
Search for the desired section of students
Check the box next to the section name
Hover over "Generate student summary PDF"
Choose a Single alphabetized PDF or File per student
Single alphabetized PDF: One PDF file with all students in one document.
File per student: Separate PDF files per student, downloaded as a zipped file.
The export will begin to generate and will be available to download upon completion via the notification in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
