How to Edit Procedures

The August Schools Procedures feature set allows you to document the various recurring activities and information needed for a student's condition management. The feature integrates the Schedules (and thus Encounters) and Medications feature sets so that you may view and transact on the recurring meetings and medication administrations for the student. This article outlines how to edit procedures.

Step One: Navigate to Procedures.

Step Two: Navigate to Procedures > List.

Step Three: Select the row for the appropriate procedure.

If you need to archive a procedure in it's entirety, select the 'Archive' button on the row for the procedure on the Procedure > List page.

Step Four: Select the Edit button to update details on the procedure.

Doing so will make all the fields on the page editable.

Step Five: Select the 'Save' button to save any changes.
