How to Edit Procedures

The August Schools Procedures feature sets allows you to document the various activities and information needed for a student's chronic condition management. The feature integrates the Schedules (and thus Encounters) and Medications feature sets so that you may view and transact on the recurring and ad hoc/PRN meetings and medication administrations for the student. This article outlines how to edit procedures.

Step One: Navigate to Procedures.

Step Two: Navigate to Procedures > List.

Step Three: Select the row for the appropriate procedure.

If you need to archive a procedure in it's entirety, select the 'Archive' button on the row for the procedure on the Procedure > List page.

Step Four: Select the Edit button to update details on the procedure.

Doing so will make all the fields on the page editable.

Step Five: Select the 'Save' button to save any changes.
