Editing and Archiving Scheduled Support

An article on how to edit, delete, or archive scheduled support.

The creator for Scheduled Support can edit or archive the support at any time. This article walks through how to edit or archive schedule(s).

Users can edit Scheduled support in the same places where they create them:

  • The List page under the Schedules feature set

  • Scheduled support tab on the Student Card

Editing and Archiving Scheduled support

Navigate first to the List page under the Schedules feature set on the left navigation bar. Please note that your left navigation bar may look different from the below screenshot depending on your role.

Alternatively, you can also open a student card and navigate to the Scheduled support tab.

In each place, there will be a table with the following columns that will help you identify the appropriate scheduled support to edit or archive:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Subjects

  • Created by

  • Type

  • Created at

On the student card, you may need to scroll horizontally to see all the columns. Each scheduled support will have its one row in the table. Scheduled support with more than one subject and/or schedule (e.g., one-off or recurring) will still have one row.

The rightmost, unnamed column contains two hyperlinks on the row for each scheduled support:

  • Edit

  • Archive

Editing Scheduled Support

Select the Edit hyperlink to open a pop-up window with the current details of the scheduled support.

Select the Edit button at the top right of the pop-up window. The fields in the window will become editable and a blue Save button will appear.

Edit the fields as necessary. When you are done, select the Save button. When the changes are save, the pop-up window will return to being uneditable and you will see the following success message:

Archiving Scheduled Support

Select the Archive hyperlink to open a pop-up window that gives you options on how to archive the scheduled support.

  • Past and Future: If you need to archive all scheduled items for dates and times in the past and future.

  • Future Only: If you need to archive only scheduled items for dates and times in the future.
