The August Schools Procedures feature set allows you to document the various recurring activities and information needed for a student's condition management. The feature integrates the Schedules (and thus Encounters) and Medications feature sets so that you may view and transact on the recurring meetings and medication administrations for the student.

The Procedures > Procedure items page consolidates all the scheduled items and medication administrations generated from the schedules and student medications attached to the Procedures in your scope. It can be very helpful to transaction on these scheduled items and medication administrations from this one page.

Step One: Navigate to the Procedures feature set.

Step Two: Select the tab for the procedure item you want to transact on.

The page will default first to Scheduled items:

Click on 'Medication administrations' to see the medication administrations.

Step Three: Transact on the scheduled item or medication adminsitration as you normally would.
