How to: Add Additional Allergies

These are the steps to add a 2nd allergy during the health registration process

Before clicking on the Submit and continue button to add a second Allergy entry during the registration process, navigate to the Add allergy button on the right side of the first allergy entry.

This will prompt a blank allergen form to appear on the screen. Fill in the allergen form as you did for the initial allergy. Please ensure you have all required fields completed. Repeat this process as necessary for each additional allergy.

Please note: if a required field is left blank on any of the allergens entered, the Submit and continue button will not display to allow you to proceed forward.
