August Schools makes it simple to log titers, conscientious objections, religious or medical exemptions for required immunizations.

Recording Exemptions & Titers
Navigate to the Immunizations tab within the student card, or select the Immunizations page (on the left hand menu) and open the student's immunization records.
The immunizations that are required and currently noncompliant will be highlighted.
Hovering over the immunization name will show why that immunization is not compliant with your state's requirements.
Click on the name of the immunization. A modal will appear for exemption waivers and titers.
For Exemptions:
Select the exemption type from the drop-down menu.
Set a start and end date for the exemption waiver.
Select Yes/No if the exemption has been verified.
For Titers:
Set the test date for the titer results.
Optional: upload the test results to have on file for the student.
Select Yes/No if the lab results have been verified.
Click save and your exemption or titer has been recorded! You will see an alert icon next to the immunization name.
A notification will appear when you hover over the immunization that has an exemption or titer on file.
