Before launching your enrollment packet, use this checklist to ensure you are ready to go live!
Verify that all download/upload fields have a template uploaded
If a template is missing, follow these steps to upload one:
Click on the form name
Select "Edit question" for the download/upload field
Upload the applicable file to the "Files" section
Verify that all of the required consent forms are included and have an electronic signature field
Want your consent forms to trigger a badge on the student card? Include "Consent" in the title and make sure an electronic signature is added and a badge will generate!
Review your Supplemental Request Rules
Are all rules built?
These supplemental rules will surface forms to the appropriate students; these rules typically are regarding action plans, medication forms, immunization records, physicals, etc.
Are all of the rules built correctly?
Be sure that each rule created has "Supplemental forms to issue" accurately assigned; this should be the form(s) that surface when the rules are met.
