When collecting Enrollment, enrollment requests sent to a group of students will automatically include any new students who join the school. Each night, the system checks for newly enrolled students and issues them the packet automatically.
At a certain point in the year, you will want to turn this nightly refresh off to ensure that students enrolling for the next school year do not receive the current year's packet. Many schools do this around January or February, depending on when incoming students are entered into the student information system (SIS).
How to Turn Off Nightly Refresh
Navigate to Enrollment in the left-hand menu.
Locate and click into the enrollment batch you previously sent to a group.
You will see the Nightly Refresh toggle is currently enabled.
When you are ready, toggle Nightly Refresh off.
Once toggled off, newly added students will no longer automatically receive the current year's enrollment packet.
