August Schools syncs with the National Library of Medicine of approved FDA medications, so there is a lot to choose from! When searching for a medication in the August platform it is best practice to search by typing: Full Medication Name and dosage

This will help you narrow down your search so you are not having to scroll through many medications in the database.
We have also created this table of common school medications that nurses use. Note that while the brand name dosage may not “look” like the August medication option, the medication dosage is equivalent when calculated out.
